It's such a mind game, isn't it?
Here I am. A Beachbody coach AND Registered Dietitian so I should have this whole diet thing down, right?
WRONG!
Sure, the past year has been a total transformation for me and my family as far as meal planning and eating less processed food goes but this summer, I kind of lost it.
We are like ANY family. We were gone a lot. We ate out. We went to ball games, outings, barbeques.
Usually I can snap out of it and get back on track but the past month has just been ROUGH!
I just couldn't get my head back in the game. It was totally a mindset.
FINALLY, I said enough is enough.
I went ALL IN with my clean eating challenge group this week and it clicked.
I FEEL better when I eat better.
I THINK better when I eat better.
I am in a better MOOD when I eat better.
Truly!
The thing is, I want to and NEED to keep this going so I am going to roll right into a new challenge group.
This one will provide:
