How can I eat healthy with a family?

I get this a lot from potential challengers, "What do I eat with my family when I am on this meal plan?  I don't want to cook two different meals."

Me neither!  I don't even want to cook one, really!

So, here is my "secret" for staying out of the kitchen as much as possible AND staying on track!!

I cook up a spaghetti squash EVERY week!  Usually on Sundays, I pop one of those babies in the microwave and in 15 minutes, I have my pasta alternative for the week!

How does this save me during the week?

Easy!

At least once per week, my family has some sort of pasta.  Last night it was spaghetti noodles, sauce, and meatballs from the  FixATE cookbook.   So, instead of fretting about the noodles, I just took out a cup of my "noodles" and ate my family meal as usual.   Sure, I have tried to get my family to try the squash but they don't eat much of it and, like I said, since I already have plenty made up, it's no biggie to use it up!
