Here's my #1 EASIEST crockpot recipe - ONLY TWO INGREDIENTS - but SO much versatility!
You can use it by itself (this is what I do when I don't have any yellow containers left from my 21 Day Fix meal plan),
in a tortilla for tacos,
wrap it and pour enchilada sauce and cheese over it and bake, put it over lettuce or spinach and...... SEE? So many possibilities!
Want to know the two ingredients?
Yep! It's THAT easy! 4 chicken breasts and half of a jar of salsa (the less ingredients, the better).
If I want to get crazy and to make it creamier, I add half a block of cream cheese. Most of the time, though, I am on the 21 Day Fix meal plan so I just stick to the two ingredients!
Try it! Even if your family has super picky eaters like mine does, you can serve this dish so many ways, they are BOUND to find a way that suits them!
