Change can be scary but the funny thing is, most of us want something in our lives to change.
We want to be in better shape.
We want to be more toned.
We want to lose weight.
We want a different outcome. We just don't necessarily want TO change.
Here's the thing. Change doesn't have to be scary.
Little changes compounded daily can make a HUGE difference in your outcome.
Little changes like switching from whole to skim milk.
Little changes like incorporating 30 minutes of exercise daily (you can even do it at home).
Little changes like using smaller plates at mealtime.
See? Little changes are not painful and over time they can change your life.
A small change I made 20 months ago was getting up and exercising. I hadn't exercised regularly for 6 1/2 years. It was NOT easy but over time, I saw results. I felt better. I was in better shape. My clothes fit better.
