Have you ever been on a "diet" and couldn't wait until it was over?
Yep! Me too!
Last year at this time, I was gearing up for my first clean eating challenge! It was only five days and although it kicked started my understanding of how much crap I was actually eating, I couldn't wait to be done.
On day six - I drank diet soda, ate overly processed foods and felt good.
For about two hours.
Then, I started to realize how much BETTER I felt when I was eating better.
Ding, ding, ding!
So, I started my first round of 21 Day Fix which is basically clean eating with portion control, Shakeology every morning, and my workouts.
Suddenly, I felt better. My stomach didn't hurt as much. I slept better. I was in a better mood (ask my husband 😉).
I WANTED to continue this way of eating and more importantly, this feeling.
I had already started and stopped programs and diets but this time it was different.
I wasn't feeling deprived like in previous attempts. I was feeling GOOD!
