I get this a lot,
"How do you stay motivated? I just can't stick with anything long enough to produce results."
I always give the same answer.
Your WHY has to be strong. Strong enough to shut off that alarm and jump out of bed. Strong enough to put good food into your body instead of crap. Strong enough to not feed your emotions. Strong enough to beat any excuse you have for giving up.
My WHY?
2 years ago I slept in, ate junk, had high cholesterol and constant stomach issues. I wasn't a good example for my kids or my husband and I don't want to go back there AGAIN!
There. That's what's stronger than any excuse I give myself.
