Once my excuse, they are now my reason!

For 6 1/2 YEARS I did not exercise regularly and my main excuses were because of my family. 
I had little kids
They didn't sleep well (so I didn't sleep well)
My husband worked a lot
After my kids finally slept, I wanted to, too!
And on. And on. And on

Finally, last year, enough was enough. I realized I couldn't use them as an excuse. Now, they were my reason!
A year later, my husband and I both workout regularly and we have cleaned up our diets. Our children see us getting in shape and either join us or cheer us on!
Physically, I dare to say, I'm in the best shape I've ever been.
My reason or my WHY is stronger than it ever has been. I'm not "dieting". I'm not working out to be a certain size or number on the scale. I'm getting healthy and stronger for my family.

I have been teaching people how to lose weight and get healthier for 13 years and there's one thing I know to be true.
