What YOU need to know about The Master's Hammer and Chisel Program

Yes, I am talking about fitness and getting toned IN DECEMBER!!!

What?????

It IS possible to stay on top of your health and wellness goals when the  holiday parties, hustle and bustle, and most wonderful time of year is upon us!!

The NEW program from Beachbody, The Master's Hammer and Chisel, just came out yesterday and YES I ordered it as soon as I could!!!

I found out about this program at Summit this summer and was SO excited to get my hands on it mostly because I have thoroughly enjoyed the two other programs that Autumn has put out with Beachbody -

Personally, I've done 2 rounds of 21 Day Fix and 3 rounds of 21 Day Fix Extreme (my favorite to date) so I know Autumn's style.   What about "The BEAST", though?  I'll admit, I was completely intimidated by him (I mean, look at the picture below!) and wasn't sure if he was my style or not.    So, I decided to do a round of






I was shocked (really) how much I liked Body Beast but the results were CRAZY!!!   




For a previous all-cardio girl, this totally changed my thinking of lifting!  I've NEVER had muscle tone like this!  

So, I researched just exactly how the Hammer & Chisel would be different than 21 Day Fix and Body Beast.  After all, I had both of those already and didn't just want a hybrid or a combo of the two - I could do that myself.

Body Beast is a bodybuilding program that focuses on muscular hypertrophy. The Master’s Hammer and Chisel includes aspects of bodybuilding, but also focuses on improving endurance, power, agility, strength, balance, and range of motion to sculpt a tight, defined physique. 

Q. How does The Master’s Hammer and Chisel differ from 21 Day Fix EXTREME®?
