I needed a nutrient BOOST!

I know there is a lot of confusion and misconception about Shakeology so I want to clear it up a bit.
A year ago when I started drinking it, I didn't need a protein shake or protein powder or a weight loss shake.
I wasn't protein deficient (most people get PLENTY). I was nutrient deficient.
Yes. Me.
I was eating processed "food", counting calories, plugging them into an app, and feeling accomplished if I met my goal. But.....my stomach felt like crap. I was bloated and hungry.
When I drink Shakeology, I am not using it as a weight loss shake either. Can people use it to lose weight? Absolutely! It replaces a meal. If your shake has less calories than your meal, you'll lose weight. Plus, it keeps you fuller longer than most meals.
I started drinking Shakeology for the nutrients. I'm telling you there's NO WAY I was getting the nutrients I do now with my meals a year ago.
I didn't need a protein powder and I didn't need a weight loss shake.
I needed a shot of super dense nutrition in a 160 calorie package!
