When I started my first round of 21 Day Fix last year, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal.
I was training for a half marathon so I was already in "good" shape and I'm a dietitian so the food "thing" shouldn't be a big deal.
Wrong and wrong again.
What I learned in those 21 days CHANGED MY LIFE.
Am I being dramatic? No.
I learned that weights are a (very) GOOD thing to get in shape.
I learned to get rid of the scale.
I actually looked and paid attention to portion control.
I started to eat whole foods instead of my grab-and-go mentality.
I learned that the support of a challenge group was the accountability I was missing the countless times I had fallen off the fitness wagon.
The 21 Day Fix got me started back on the road to GOOD habits both for my fitness and nutrition. I wholeheartedly believe that it can do the same for so many others out there!
