PiYo/Beast Hybrid
I am really loving it! I have learned in the last year that my body responds better to using weights but because of my plantar faciitis, I need more stretching and am still steering clear of high-impact activity. This hybrid workout gives me the weight lifting that my body needs while still staying flexible and strong in my core.
This move is from Beast Legs and it is killer but I love it because it's unlike anything I've done with other workouts. At-home workouts are really where I find my most success and longevity. I love getting in shape on MY time in MY space!
