What's best for ME?

5:00-5:30 am
That's my ME time every morning. I can almost guarantee every morning that I will have that half hour to do whatever I want. 
I can use that 30 minutes however I choose. I can sleep, toss and turn, stress about the day coming or the day before, talk myself out of exercising, check Facebook, read, watch tv OR I can start my day with exercise. 
I want you to think about 30 minutes you have to yourself each day. It might not be early in the day but 30 minutes that is just yours. This may take a little time for some of us to think about.
Now, what are you going to do with that 30 minutes that gets you closer to your best YOU?
