Start Approving of Yourself

Everybody has a body party they're not too fond of and mine has always been my legs. 

I've wished them smaller, sweat through a million legs lifts, done some really unhealthy things, and probably even prayed them smaller. Ugh. 

I don't say this for pity or for attention - really I don't. 

I post this because I KNOW there are some of you who have in your heads that until you weigh a certain amount or your arms, abs, legs,etc look a certain way, you won't be happy.

I KNOW there are people who would rather sweat than wear a tank top because they hate their arms or shorts because they hate their legs.

To you I say, knock it off!

Until you realize how amazing your body is and all of the things it CAN do, no amount of squats, crunches, or bicep curls, are ever going to satisfy you.

So, instead of looking at my legs and beating myself up, I think,"These babies are so in shape that I walked through an apple orchard and pumpkin patch with my kiddos yesterday!"

Not so hard to love your parts when you think of how awesome they (and you) are!
